Unfortunately, I ordered many pieces of clothes from this firm, only to discover that they don't last through even the first washing! I ordered a military style canvas dress and when it arrived, it was incredibly heavy, at least 3 kilos or more. I wore it once and needed to wash it. The instructions said "HAND WASH ONLY", but this was a simple canvas dress, and far too heavy and big to hand wash. (Who hand washers ANYTHING today?) I wasted the dress in cold water on DELICATE cycle. When I took it out of the washer, there was a HUGE tear in the fabric, all across the left front, from the pocket to the arm seam. It look like someone literally tore the dress apart. I took lots of pictures and sent them with a complaint to the customer service at INTROPIA. They said it was my fault because I should have HAND WASHED the dress and they were not responsible. This dress cost 150.00! The only explanation for this fabric disaster is that Intropia is using second grade, leftover fabrics, and charging designer prices. TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY! I just lost 150.00

As so many others have stated here, the materials and design of the clothes are not only cheap and tacky, the sizes are WAY off for Western standards. Seems impossible to return items, and if you want to, they charge a fortune in mailing! Go to a trusted and known site and order, these guys are scammers and wont be around long!
