Ordered a leather jacket from the site. Came in a reasonable time, but I made a mistake and ordered a jacket that was too small.
Now that I'm trying to get a return label to return the product I'm getting ignored. I sent an email asking to exchange for a larger jacket, that took them 8 days to respond to, in which they said that they can't exchange and can only return for credit, and asked if I wanted a return label. I promptly asked for the return label and now haven't heard anything from them in almost 30 days.
I've since sent several emails as a reply to the message I received, and as a new thread and have heard nothing.
This is guaranteed to be the last item I buy through beyond the rack.
I'll just stick to Amazon from now on.
