I received a shipment confirmation from fanatics saying my order had shipped, but in reality, they had just printed a shipping label. Upon talking with customer service they said my order had not been processed, but still refused to cancel it. DO NOT order anything from Fanatics if you ever expect to receive it.
Hello Kyle, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry about the shipping confirmation. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. The package was shipped on 12/2019. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their sorting facility. Per the tracking information, the package will be delivered on 12/19/2019.
