My medicine for my dog was supposed to arrive Saturday but it is bouncing around in the USPS system with no clear answer from USPS when in will be routed correctly. I tried to get ahold of Allivet through email with no response so I called their CS line and told them what is going on. They tried to tell me that everything looks like it is processing right so I told them to run the tracking and they will see this is not the case. I told them I need these meds ASAP and asked to have one overnighted they told me they couldn't do that I have to wait at least two more days. When you are dealing with meds I feel like as a company they should have more of a sense of urgency to help when issues arise. Unfortunately they are the only place I can find this particular med but their CS is the worst. She pushed me off the phone with you just have to wait. If you can go elsewhere do it!
