Phone was exactly as described. Works great, has a few scratches on sides of the metal case, which I won't see as soon as I put a cover on. It arrived quickly, was packaged carefully and had a new charger with it. It was simple to set up, and the Back Market people were very attentive in letting me know the tracking number and delivery progress and then checking to make sure I was happy or if I needed any help. I can't see any advantage to buying a new phone these days. This is just fine for everything.
Tip for consumers:
this site is annoying to post reviews. I won't do it again, and only did it this time because I liked the company and their service.
