Purchased a gift on groupon. 5 days later went in to redeem the voucher. The link provided to purchase did not work. Called customer service 3 times in a row. The first two times, after a long wait and speaking with reps, they cut me off before a resolution was reached. The third time the rep did not cut me off and could not refund my money as it was longer than 3 days. The link still did not work. I asked for a supervisor and the link was not fixed and I still did not get a refund. This took 2 1/2 hours total. They stood firm on the 3 day return policy and offered me a $5 credit on my next purchase. Told them to keep the $5 and I would discontinue using groupon. And the link? Still doesn't work.
