My company was registered thru India Filings in May. Overall the process was good, but it took nearly three months with issues on the government portal as well during april of the month. Overall the service was good, as the filings were made by them. But, it would be good if they can work well with the government officials also to get very fast registration.

I placed an order for mobile phone from Flipkart on 12/5/2016. Order reached and when I checked the phone, the speaker was not working propertly. So contacted CS to resolve the issue and change the phone. But, due to changed policy they are not allowing. No trust in buying online. Its better to buy from offline after checking the product
