Purchased some toys for my son on this site. On a quick glance the site looked legitimate. After purchasing the item I went to have a look at what other products they sold and realised the websites search engine basically didn't work. I then got suspicious of how cheap the shipping was. Looked at other sections of the website and it just has a dodgy feel. No reviews or social media account found for the store.

Emailed a week ago to request a refund. I have tried to follow up and all they can say is I'll get my money back when they cancel the order, but won't tell me when that will be. I have also tried to call their number and it didn't even ring. Have googled the site since then and found numerous recent reviews from other people complaining they were sent dodgy knock-off items or never received anything at all.
