I ordered this huge bean bag. Two months it has never arrived. I keep asking for a refund. They changed the website name from cozy bean to jumbo bean. They always have an excuse. The first excuse was "We blew up on tik tok." The second was the post office had a confusion. Their replies are always nice. Three times now I've emailed about a refund. I always give my order number and total. Then they email back saying it will ship after the weekend or on a particular day and if I want to cancel I can but let them know. I keep telling them to refund me. At this point I will have to contact my credit card company and do a charge back to get a refund and contact my state attorneys office and more companies to get where I need to.
