Originally I gave them 1 star, but I am now updating since they contacted me personally to resolve. They did refund my money, and are also redoing my order at no cost to me. Great customer service. A big thank you to Karin for getting this resolved.
Original Message: So I spent about $100 to get my movies transferred to DVD and my photos on disc. The DVDs I got weren't labeled as mine and I couldn't get them to play in any case (tried 3 different machines). The photos are poor quality and blurry. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I called them and asked for a refund, which they said they would do, and now they haven't. I'm not surprised.

I want to confirm the refund information to be sure you are taken care of -- I see in our system a refund date of 4/21/14, which you should have seen on your statement within 7 to 10 business days, unless your statement arrived just before it was posted.
