Beware to anyone who wishes to utilize this site to book travel reservations. This website will not provide refunds or cancellations. When I called customer service to ask for my options they tried to charge me more money than the original reservation. My original reservation was $288 and they wanted to charge my an additional $600 for the cancellation.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase through this site. I recommend going through another website that has more flexibility.
