I was asked for a $5 deposit to be "put in touch" with an expert. The expert said they could help and to send photos. Once the "expert" was in touch with me they triggered a trial membership and charged another $33 for the trial. I had no notification, gave no authorization, and the expert said they had nothing to do with billing. I got a phone number to call customer service and vociferously complained so they refunded my money and stopped the online chat. All they had to do was be upfront about it but good thing I used my Amex and they sent me an email with the online charge while I was still in the chat room.
