I ordered two dresses from the website on April 4,2017. I did not receive the dresses until April 27. On April 11, I received an email with a coupon code for $10 off my next purchase due to "an unexpected rise in orders" and they could not honor the shipping time given at purchase.
Well when they did arrive, one of the dresses did not fit correctly, the straps are too long to the point where my bra shows full in the back and on the sides and the length drags on the floor when it is not supposed to. I paid for customization! For it to work, I am going to have to pay more to get it altered! The other was a long sleeve midi wrap dress which does not have this issue.
I have tried twice to contact the company regarding getting a refund for the incorrectly made dress and have received no response from them at all. Horrible customer service. Horrible. I will say the quality of the fabrics is good, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. They will go out of business if they don't fix the issues they are currently having. With zero communication from the company, I can't say I will ever order from them again, nor encourage others to purchase from them. I never spout off about a problem with companies, choosing to just not purchase from them anymore, but I will give them another few days for a response, if I don't hear back from them I will use social media to tell my story and warn others off purchasing from them. No kidding- I am that disappointed and frustrated.
