We dealt with OfferPad realtor Kerry banda and he would go MIA on us, Gave us TERRIBLE advice, we would get NO updates unless we asked, we would have to wait days or over a week for simple replies, there was little to no negotiating on his part. We lost the home we were trying to get through him and when it sold he NEVER even told us! We finally had had to terminate our contract with him, we sent him an official letter of termination and after a week... big surprise, NO REPLY. We sent him a SECOND letter of termination...STILL no reply 2 weeks later! So we send an email to his OfferPad broker Steve Metarelis and a few days pass, we email ANOTHER letter to Steve and days pass again with no reply! So we call and ask for him to return our call... No call, no email, no reply from Offerpad Broker Steve Metarelis... We call a 2nd time and it has now been over a week and we have heard nothing from either the broker Steve Metarelis or realtor Kerry Banda. For those who do not know we need a disolution of contract from the realtor before we can move on to another realtor and they know this... By my personal experience I would urge you to please avoid ALL business with this VERY unproffessional company. We have contacted the better business bureu and are being forced to get an attorney involved for what would have taken them 15 minutes or less to do on there end.

Tip for consumers:
We are still waiting on resolution of contract from this company weeks later with zero reply.... It takes under 15 minutes on there end. This is what we are dealing with.

I wanted a Zippo lighter with a photo that my husband thought had been lost but the layout was difficult to understand I finally got it after quite some time and I also want to get his name put on it which didn't offer me a color or a place to put it so I called the next day for them to tell me that the name was in black and you could hardly see it and that they put it right in the middle of the picture? Then they told me they couldn't change it? Their a company that personalizes, but they couldn't change it? Won't be going to zazzle again. Very disappointing. Now I await my refund...
