I purchased 4 Ring floodlight cameras. The first camera setup went smooth and I was receiving immediate alerts of motion. Floodlights 2,3,and 4 required several call to tech support for a variety of issues. Finally got a tech that knew something! He could see from his end that my cameras didn't receive the latest firmware and that was causing me problems. The company then forced firmware to my cameras. About that time a thunderstorm rolled in and we had to postpone setup (I didn't want to stand on the ladder to keep pushing button to reset camera in a storm). Tech took my phone number and PROMISED to call me back next day so I wouldn't have to re-explain my issues for the umpteenth time. Still haven't received any phone call, but the cameras are working since receiving new firmware. I do feel more secure with them working. I just don't feel I should have had to make so many phone calls and spend multiple hours trying to figure them out.
