I have been a Prime Customer for over 10 years.

Usually the best price, excellent availability of products, good communications and excellent Customer Service.

Prices are often too high. Stock is limited.
I pretty much have quit shopping there as I get what I need from Costco or Amazon.com.

I check them out from time to time.

I consistently find:

Prices are to high!
Limited selection!
Waste of my time!

Most everything is cheaper some where else, usually Amazon.com

Warranties are represented frequently that do not exist. I bought a couple of items with Full Factory Warranty and soon discovered it was BS. No warranty.

Good luck with Ebay or PayPal dealing with problems, difficult to access Customer Service and the process is so convoluted as it is designed to wear you down to where it is not worth while to collect. So you just lose your time and money.

I used to buy a lot on Ebay years ago, now it a venue of last choice and high risk.

Selling on Ebay is way expensive and they charge fees even for the shipping costs I pay.

Even on sale, often cheaper on Amazon.com.

Challenging web site, difficult returns, slow shipping.
Prices unless on sale are way too high, many items on sale cheaper elsewhere when not on sale.

I was a big fan of NewEgg several years ago, now rarely buy anything.
Too many hoops to jump through, often sale promotions are not available for 1 reason or another. Out of stock or color is other then what I want, not on sale.

20-30 minutes to pick up something that is shipped to the store.

Wastes my time, I buy from Amazon.com or just about anywhere else.

Every software update creates nightmares.

Often resort to hand addressing and using stamps due to ongoing problems.

Hope they fix the software issues, some days it does work, next day it does.

To fix the problems with Customer Support takes too much time compared to how much I use it.

And I have to use a Laser Jet 4 printer driver from 40 years ago as my current HP printers, 3-5 years old, do not work with Stamps.com latest drivers. Hello!

I tried to purchase products from Mercari several months ago, out of 4 purchases only one was the right item, one was the wrong item and two orders simply died due to their failure to communicate or ship, so I cancelled after 2 weeks.

My current order is about to be canceled for the same reasons, failure to communicate or ship.
Great News, PayPal is aware of Mercari's practices and gave me an immediate refund. Obviously too many refunds to Mercari buyers, due to fail to ship or to ship the right products.

Made the mistake of thinking they got better. Now way.
I am now waiting for an item to ship, that has not yet shipped yet should have been delivered, according to Mercari, 4 days ago.

So the sellers, fail to communicate, ship the wrong parts, fail to ship or ship promptly.
Then Mercari, blocks you from leaving feedback unless the sale completes.
So they all have unreal and unearned very positive feedback provided by Mercari, regardless of how terrible they are.
