I ordered a bunch of items because of a promotion and didnt get the item. When I message them, I was told 2days later, too bad. Pretty sad that they treat their customers this way. I thought it was all about making sure the customer is happy with their items. The $50 surprise box is not worth it. We got two items, one was a tank we had just ordered and a popsocket.
As stated in the email correspondence with our customer service team, you did not add the promotional items to your cart before you checked out the day of the promotion. Since the $3 mystery item required a purchase, it needed to be added to your cart and included in the order placed on April 17th during the birthday celebration. The mystery items were only available that day and we ending up selling out of them, so when you emailed us two days after the order was placed, the items were out of stock and could no longer be purchased. We apologize if you were dissatisfied. Unfortunately customer service cannot charge you after the original order has been placed and ship an item that is out of stock.
I see that you ordered a surprise box last month as well as this month, so we apologize if the second box did not live up to what you expected. You did not mention this issue in your previous emails with customer service. You should have received 4 items in the $50 surprise box, so if you didn't please email support@ivoryella.com and we would be happy to send you the two remaining items.
