On Dec. 19'20 with the help of a Store Rep I finally decided on a pair of Vans for my son. But the cashier charged a much higher price than displayed. I pointed out the error but he refused to honour the displayed price. He said the code number didn't match the box number and it must be in the wrong place. I said customers don't look at code numbers we look at prices, and I had a Sales Rep helping me! I asked for the man's name and to talk to a manager but he refused both. I left very disappointed, worse customer service experience (in Canada).
