I did order two things yesterday and I have two questions, so I called customer service waiting for 15 minutes Finally, I have someone I can talk with, and here I am disappointed I can't understand him because he don't speak English , next disappointment. I asked for a second person I lake to talk same don't speak English. And so no one could help me. Looks like nobody cares about the customer, Very unkind ,Big disappointment


The company that sells the used product, You have to fight for the money back,Very bad customer service. Stay away from them

I'm buying glasses for $ 218 , after six weeks they break up , I called, I was told to send my glasses back so I did , They sent me the frames only , I wait and wait five weeks and nothing. I called costumer services man said they never received my glasses back, and then I called for two months and nothing, No one helped me ignore it, They lost my glasses and I lost my money. they were guaranteed. I'm disappointed with this attitude costumer services. I do not recommend this company
