Iam first time buyer did not understand messages i got, and support explained perfect so i could understand

I got a four poster bed hated the posts reminded me of unicorn horns but, was gonna deal with it as got it from a used store, so started surfin net and finally came up with name of item i needed and lead me to site above
Got my 4 end fpr poster foot and head board, i love them they are perfect, did take 14 working days to get here, but well worth the wait and were in my price range.

Always get what i expect and on time, quick to help if i have a issue at least where i order from online

I had ordered what looked like miniture plush care bears as a suprise to my daughter, it looked like it came with 4, only saw piture it did not explain so i took a chance.
There was only 1 big one and it wasn't even the one i wanted, very upset, this was gonna be a special gift for a special reason now it is wrecked and i wasted money, they need to give detail of what it is exactly and not just a false picture
