Purchased down coat and realized sewn wrong on the hood elastic. Told they no longer repair or fix their products-bad move. I have 25 year old jacket where when the zipper broke, EB sent coat back all fixed. Not standing behind product-going to competitor to buy from now on. Disappointed

Company is not interested in making a defect right. Told to go to a repair shop to have issue fixed.
