We ordered a $30 part and was charged $115 for shipping. Not a heavy item- it was plastic and light.
Had to return the item because it was not as described in the information provided - and got NO shipping amount refunded.
Ridiculous
As per our return policy, freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by CARiD, a return shipping label will be provided.
