I ordered quite a few books from them, all at once. Half of them arrived on time, the other half, I was given the run around on as to when I could expect them to arrive. Once they began arriving, I noticed that a few of them looked worn, old. One had the spine unattached to the rest of the book. However, because I ordered them online, I would have to ship them back, paying for it, to have them ship me new books. I didn't bother. I won't order online from them again.

Tip for consumers:
You'd have better luck going into the store, so you can inspect what you are buying, first. You also don't have to worry about return shipping charges either, if you shop in-store. You can also make sure you are getting the advertised deal, as well!

Before I even made an account, I could browse through the site, no problem.
Once I made an account, that's when the difficulties started!
The first time I logged in after creating an account on this horrendous site, I could browse around, unimpeded. In fact, my partner also browsed around, on my account. We found some cool items, which we added to my favorites, on the site. All was well, at the time. Remember, this is my first time on the site after I created an account.
The next time, my second time on the site, I was unable to browse anything. Everything suddenly was inaccessible to me, even though I had created an account. When I reached out to the sites support, I was told I needed to have a profile picture. I didn't think anything of it, so I googled a pic that resembled me, and posted it. When I next checked in on the site, I was still unable to access the site. I again contacted support, and was told I couldn't use a googled pic as my profile pic. So then I took a pic of myself with my cell, with my hand in a "live long and prosper" sign in front of most of my face. You could still see one eye and half my face, and all my hair. I didn't think anything of it, until I checked in again a few days later, and was told I could use that pic either. I had to have a pic that showed my entire face.
I do not have a pic of my actual face anywhere on the internet, and I do not believe anyone should have to show their real face unless they are meeting up with that person, to buy or sell the item for sale.

Tip for consumers:
A site that asks for this up front seems very shady and totally untrustworthy to me and my family and friends. I wouldn't recommend this deceitful site to my worst enemy! If you must use this site, BEWARE!

I stopped shopping on Justfab dot ca last year, right after I skipped the month, and they stole their "monthly fee" from my bank account without so much as a notice saying that their "skip the month" feature wasn't working.
Thanks to this mess up, I had to cancel my existing bank card I used on their site, and get another one.
I will no longer be shopping on this site, as they not only stole "x" amount from my bank account, but because of the fluctuating dollar to loonie price, I wasn't given the amount they had stolen, back, I was given less.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware: the sizes are WAY off, and the "skip the month" feature doesn't always work, resulting in Justfab hitting your bank account without your knowledge or consent!

I have been a customer of JustFab for almost a year now, and have only bought a few items. I order from JustFab.ca so I don't have to pay shipping to Canada, or duty.
Skipping every month is not a problem for me, as I do that on the first of every month. I have never had a problem with this company yet, although I have never tried to return anything, or get a refund.
Be aware that not all their sizes are accurate: even though they have measurements included, they are off by some. (I. E. a pair of size 11 boots with a calf circumference of 17cm is not really 17cm. It is slightly smaller. As is a large top: fits like a medium.) Make sure you do manual measurements and add a bit for comfort and stretch.
Yes, I do know they have a $6 re-stocking fee, yes I do know you must skip by the fifth of every month or be charged $39.95USD.
I feel bad for those people who do not read all the writing on the wall before they order: must make life interesting for them!
I have recommended JustFab to all my friends and family, it is an amazing shopping experience with great value for your money. Just remember to read ALL the fine print before you buy, just like you would everywhere else!

I signed up after seeing their ads on t. V., and never saw the promotional cash being advertised added to my account. Also, I have tried to order products through their website only to find out at the end of a transaction that the store I am purchasing from either won't deliver, won't allow pick up or won't take my card.
As well, the rebates offered really don't add up to much unless you are spending exorbitant amounts of money!
Not a website I would recommend to anyone in the grand scheme of things!

I was scammed by "cooldeal88" on eBay.com. Paid $200 for two cell phones that I was told were ready to be used in North America, and were supposed to be in English. When phones arrived, after waiting over a month to receive, both phones were in Chinese, and when I went to hook them up, I was told the brand was not compatible with North American markets.
I contacted the seller and explained my problem and was told to ship them back and once they got the items, they would refund my money.
Here it is, almost two years later and I am still waiting to be reimbursed.
When I contacted eBay to tell them what was happening, they informed me that my 30 days I had to make a complaint had passed and that I was SOL! When I tried to explain to them that my order did not arrive until well after the 30 days, they told me that it was my problem, not theirs, and that maybe I should not order from countries so far away that takes so long to deliver.
I would caution anyone wanting to make a purchase through this shady company to reassess your options before spending any real money on this site: unless you have money you want to literally give away!

Called the store first with our issue, as we live 35 minutes away, and were told no problem, come on in. Packed up our kids and headed into town.
When we arrived, with our receipt and the item in the original packaging, we are not only given the run-around by the customer service department, they actually laughed at us, to our faces, including one of their managers!
Tried tweeting about the problem only to be told that this was their "policy."
Needless to say, we will never be paying any employee of BB's salary, nor will any of our family and friends: the company truly is a work of art!

I have been a huge fan of JustFab.ca for almost a year, and thought I'd give their sister company a try.
HUGE MISTAKE!
Thinking that ShoeDazzle.CA would be the same as JustFab was an error I will NEVER repeat.
I did not realize that my order would be coming from the USA, as JustFab orders are shipped within Canada. I was charged all sorts of fees, not to mention duty. Although I was given my first-buy discounts, after everything was said and done, I paid, in essence, $87.50 each of the four items I purchased.
Now, when you remember I got all my discounts, that price is outrageous. And yes, I do know JustFab also charges in American dollars, in case you also missed I have been a happy customer for almost a year with them!
After my order was received, I cancelled my VIP. Two months later I still had not received my free 2 year magazine subscription that came with my order. I called customer service to ask what was going on. They told me that because I had cancelled my VIP subscription, I was not eligible for it anymore, then went further to show me that it was not included in my original order.
Funny, that, as my eldest daughter picked out Seventeen of all the magazines to choose from!
Before you buy from this shady company, ask yourself: do you really want to support corruption?
