Items were ordered for a birthday present, when they were finally received I opened the box and it was all completely wrong. Not one item was correct, instead I received 2 random T shirts. I reached out to customer service who told me to send an email but it would take up to 48 hours for someone to review it. It's now been 3 days and I hear nothing. I contact them again and I'm told that emails are delayed so a response can take another few days. This is before anyone has even reviewed my complaint and attempted to process my correct order. So this birthday present has officially went out the window. For a company so large, there is no excuse for the constant deterioration of service over the last several years. Is Vince Russo running this thing?
