I purchased a 50cc dirt bike from mega Moto madness at the end of November and the funds were immediately taken from my account. A week later I was informed that the unit that I purchased was not in stock and then I would need to choose another color, no big deal. I chose another color and I thought that was the end of it. A few more days later I get another email stating that the entire unit is out of stock and I would have to upgrade for another $50 to purchase the more expensive unit that has an electric start. I felt very cornered by the company and having to purchase the more expensive unit. I did in fact get the more expensive unit in hopes of having a product that worked for my son on Christmas day. A few more days later I received another call but saying that the first color that I picked for the electric start unit was not in stock and that I would have to pick another color, so I did.The website states that products will be shipped within three to five business days, it took almost two weeks for my product to be shipped. I received the product before Christmas and did not put the product together until Christmas day. The day after Christmas I started trying to get in contact with Mega Moto madness to let them know that the product they sent me will not run. The process alone of trying to get in touch with somebody took almost a week. Each time I email them it takes one to three days to get an email back and then the emails aren't clear as to what they are stating so then I try to call and have no luck with getting through there unless I try multiple times. Upon finally talking to a customer service representative I was told that if I wanted to send the product back I would be charged an extra $100 just to do so and that a better option would be to send us parts to see if that would fix the issue and the bike would possibly run. I honestly feel like with a brand new bike I should not have to replace parts on it before it even runs, but not wanting to spend an extra $100 I decided to go through with that and talk with the technician. That process alone took two weeks. After speaking with the technician he suggested some parts that he would send to me and that should fix the problem, it took another week for the parts to be sent and when they did send them they were the wrong parts so I had to wait another few days for the correct parts to come. After receiving the correct parts I installed them on the bike and the bike will still not run. I ordered this bike at the end of November it is now almost the end of February and I am still without a working product. I talked with Ray their customer service representative and he offered to replace the bike with another one but I am so unsatisfied with my experience that I would rather just have a refund and spend my money elsewhere. He told me that upon sending the bike back I would receive a full refund and he would send me the return info. A few days later(after I had to email them again and request the return info) he sends me an email with their return policy that states otherwise as far as getting a full refund goes, asking if I agree to it... When I try to contact to inquire about this issue I can still not get a hold of anybody from the company to resolve this matter..
