Verified purchase

Do not under any circumstances sign up for one of these services. They are intentionally defrauding people who sign up for these two websites. I purchased a $9.99 membership on May 9.2021. I immediately canceled the rebill after signing up. Probiller and the site continued charging me $29.99 a month up until this month. Without being aware that they were defrauding me for over a year, I signed up again for the $9.99 one month trial for both Brazzers and Reality Kings. First they attempted to provide me only a 2 day limited trial even though I signed up for the one month full access trial which was laden with upcharge links to attain the access that I had already paid for. I had to call Probiller to get the access that I already paid for for both sites. At that time I canceled both sites. Once again Probiller and Brazzers and Reality Kings continued to charge me 32.99 this time even though I canceled same day as the purchase was made. Do not sign up for either of these scam sites. Given them your credit card you may as well post your number online.

Tip for consumers:
Do not under any circumstances give these site or anyone who bills through PROBILLER your credit card information.

I have had Spectrum for my internet service for almost a decade. As some reviewers have stated I have always gotten slower speeds than I was paying for but didn't complain as I was never sure if it was my hardware v. their connections. Otherwise I was reasonably happy with their service as I use them for home and business use.

I recently moved and now I understand all of the negative reviews. For over two months Spectrum continued to apply my payments to the old residence which had been switched to someone else's name and intermittently turn off my service claiming that I was late in my payments. I spoke with 4 or 5 different people there including 2 managers all of whom assured me that they had fixed the issue and would soon follow up with me to confirm. I never got a single call back from any of them and they continued turning off my service every two to three weeks. I literally overpaid the bill just to have my service on since it is critical for me for work purposes and they continued adding on late and service fees even though I was overpaid the error was completely on Spectrum. The last manager I spoke with (Curtis) did a wonderful job of being professional and thorough and complete in addressing the issue but it has only been ten days or so and I'm fully expecting the late calls and for them to turn off my service again within the next few weeks. I am looking diligently for a new provider as we speak. I have never experienced such incompetence and frankly what appears to be just a lack of concern for the customer in my life.

• Updated review

This is an update to my prior post regarding Secret Benefits. In my initial review I stated that customer service had not responded to my complaints. Well only after my negative reviews went up customer service from the site did contact me and were very gracious and professional. They refunded my initial $59.00 and provided me with an additional free 100 credits. However since my negative review customer services has repeatedly harassed me to update/change this review from a negative review to a positive review. After I refused to update my review my profile pic on the site kept mysteriously disappearing leaving the few real ladies on the site with either nothing to see when they visited my profile or a blurred silhouette (this happened at least 5 times even though I would re-upload my pic each time). Their final claim was to say that the use of the term "scam" was defamatory and forced a different review service to remove the review. I have updated the review on that review site to no longer state that Secret Benefits is a "scam" but detail my experience there. However please read the review below to see what a scam Secret Benefits is since SITEJABBER is apparently a bit tougher and more interested in the truth than the other review site.

I'm glad customer service was able to help you. Again, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your initial experience but I'm really glad you've decided to give it another shot and hope you'll have a better experience this time around.

Complete Scam!

Gentlemen,

Don't waste your time or money. As some have suggested this is a complete and utter scam. You will receive messages to get you to buy tokens. Minimum is $59.99 which will allow you to talk to ten women only. You get messages then once you open the conversation those women will never respond to you again because I suspect they are actually guys working in a computer bank for Secret Benefits. I identified to costumer service where the same photos were shown for multiple profiles one of which had messaged me supposedly from Southern California and when I went to respond the person was logged on in Canada. Customer Service still hasn't responded to my complaint.

Let me repeat fellas. This is a scam. Do not waste your money. Please. I am a current member and fool for wasting mine so trust me I know.
