“Buyer Beware”

Rip Off company. Sent us a broken engine and refuse to replace it. Back and forth with emails and hours on the phone. They want to send parts and have us fix it ourselves. We're not mechanics! In the Meantime, our young son has a broken Christmas gift.

Tip for consumers:
Beware. Customer service is near non-existent, and you with be stuck with the broken junk that they send you.

“Yes, it truly is a scam”

Yes, it truly is a scam. Ordered dvd's from them and they definitely recorded the tv series from the actual television or from vhs tapes. Very poor quality, plus the name of the television station is shown throughout the entire dvd. Aren't these shows copyrighted? Isn't this illegal?
