I ordered some shoes, but ended up canceling it within the same hour, called customer service to cancel it and it will be back into my card within 3-5 businesses days. After the 5th day called again and said its gonna be up too 5-10 business days bc they declined it. So i looked back into my bank account and the statment is gone and stole my money like if i had never purchased anything from the site.
