I ordered two items over Black Friday. One item was a presale so I wasn't worried bout it, the other was not. There was nothing that stated the items had to shipped at the same time. After about 2 weeks I emailed inquiring about this. They did not answer my question and instead sent me information about the preorder. After more than 5 emails I was becoming very upset and then they started speaking to me like I was an idiot that couldn't read. They were condescending, didn't listen to me at all, then terminated my order because I said the word "$#*!ing". As someone who has worked in customer service, theirs is an absolute joke and there are much better companies to order similar items from that doesn't treat customers like $#*!.

During this pandemic era, there have been many challenges with businesses not receiving their product on time due to port congestion and other unprecedented things. We are no exception to this. Pre-sale items are always thoroughly communicated as "shipping date subject to change without notice" due to the pandemic. We work very hard to make sure that things run smoothly and that our customers have a great shopping experience with us and are happy with their purchase! You'll be happy to know we can also make provisions to split shipments as needed, especially when customers are waiting for a pre-sale item.
We certainly aim to ensure that each person and or ticket is handled with full care and respect. We take this very seriously. We also take harassment of any kind toward our team members very seriously and team members can request to have open tickets investigated for abuse of any kind which may cause an order cancellation without notice.
