My daughter and I booked our NY hotel stay through Getaroom, planned for November this year. However, along with the rest of the world, plans have changed. With our flights from and home to UK cancelled, we contacted Getaroom. I absolutely appreciate that we booked without cancellation, however I am unsure how I can remedy this situation, with no travel possible.
Quite aside, it took weeks and more than 1 email to receive an reply from Getaroom at all!
