My last order was a day late and was busted all up! Customer service has been great have always taking care of me. Had to throw my last order and the trash!

I did some investigating on our end, and I see that FedEx had noted your delivery was dropped off on the date expected, but that you didn't receive the package until the following day. I'm very glad one of our Support Team members could assist, and advise the meals be disposed, not only as the box was not up to our standards, but as your meals had been in transit for over two days. I can also assure you that our Delivery Specialist was made aware of this, and is investigating further with FedEx.
