Today is 31 Jul 15. I placed an order with GeekOutGear.com for two (2) T-shirts on 07 May 15. On 01 Jun 15 I eMailed them at *******@geekoutgear.com asking when I should be expecting my shirts. I got this as a reply:
"Dear Steven,
We are so sorry for our delay in the shipment of your items. We are a new company trying to get off the ground. We will ship your items as soon as we possibly can, which should be soon. Thank you for your patience and for shopping with GeekOut! Gear. Please email us if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns.
~ Tegan"
I have eMailed them again on 28 Jun, 02 Jul, 13 Jul, 22 Jul, and today (31 Jul). I have received NO response of any sort from them. Nor have I received my shirts. And I have records that they have already charged my card for the 30.00, so I've also not received a refund. Stay FAR away from these guys!
