I purchased a Nintendo DS product, my account was debited and then I heard nothing for 11 days. I emailed 5 times requesting confirmation of my order, as the website stated I would receive. 12 days after making purchase and making payment I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I asked why they replied 'order from another website'. So they are happy to take your money, but good luck getting the product. Do not, under any circumstance purchase from this site. I am disgusted - and I still have to buy the item somewhere else. Too bad my son will not receive his birthday present later this week.
