I waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for my food and finally called to find out what was going on and they told me the restaurant's tablet was not working and they weren't getting orders, so they basically blamed it on the restaurant! I spoke to restaurant (who I believe as I have ordered from them several times before) and they said they had cancelled working with them long ago and Eat24 still had not cancelled their account online. I told them they better figure it out somehow because Eat245 is blaming them and making THEM look bad. Eat24 did not care AT ALL. Didn't even apologize (genuinely anyway). They were like ok well we'll process your refund. As if that feeds my family and I or even makes up for the inconvenience! I am HANGRY and I will also 100% NEVER USE EAT24 EVER AGAIN! Why would I when so many other delivery services exist that ACTUALLY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! Save yourself the trouble and ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE!
