Thank you for your candid and honest feedback.
I am truly sorry for any frustration you’ve felt in our auctions. I will make sure this feedback gets shared with everyone at DealDash during discussions about how we can continue to improve.
We do have some bidders that have been with us for a while and others that are more active. As you know, we introduced a limit of 50 auctions wins per week, after which we saw the number of unique auction winners increase by ~30%. We’re also adding more One Per User auctions based on customer feedback like yours! Recently too, as you may also have seen, we held a promotion called “Every BidBuddy Counts!”. For this promotion, all BidBuddy bids added 9 seconds (+ multiplier) of Time as Highest Bidder each time a BidBuddy bid was placed.
