Kelly Roger Klynstra aka "Sandy Smith" placed an online order with our business but failed to include a shipping address nor a working email address. We attempted to reach out to her twice, once at her misspelled email and once at what we guessed (and turns out it was) her business email address. No reply to either.
She finally contacts us and asks where her order is. We told her as soon as she supplies us with a shipping address (it was a simple name/address/email address form that she couldn't fill our correctly) we could get her order out. She then went off the deep end and threatened us with the FBI over her $20 order. We shipped her order, emailed her and told her we shipped her order-she then promptly attempts to file a fraudulent charge back with her credit card company.
We later found out she is with WARNER ENTERPRISE INC 9B Industrial Dr, Dyer, TN *******.
I would stay far away from this "business" they are shady, do not pay attention, quick to blame everyone but themselves for their own mistake and are quick to fly off the handle.
