I had made a mistake with an item selection on my subscription. I figured with it being a subscription box it would just be what it was, but decided to reach out to them on facebook. I am so glad I did, their customer service representative was incredibly kind and fixed the issue for me. I am used to subscription services not having the best service, but FFF blows them all away. I am definitely going to be upgrading my subscription, with this kind of service I know I will be happy.
