Good prices on many items, though some deals are not that great. And service can be seriously lacking at times - long lines, some not friendly when help is needed.

Ive also gotten very good help there, so its a mixed bag.

This is a site that sells for vendors, they dont actually sell their own product. It is actually StackSocial under another name/site.

I purchased an item. I was charged immediately. I received a tracking number. The tracking never went beyond pre-shipping, meaning that nothing was ever actually shipped.

When I contacted support on the dudeiwantthat website (StackSocial support), they said they would check on it. They came back and said that the vendor said it was returned to the warehouse, and all sales are final. But, as a courtesy, they would give me a CREDIT for the purchase price of the item.

Some deal. Credit for less than I paid (Im out the shipping that NEVER happened), at a site where I have no confidence Ill actually be shipped what I order. No thank you.

This is a scam. A fraud. Do not buy anything here. I will not be purchasing anything here or from StackSocial ever again.

I actually purchased through Dude I want that exclusives, but it is actually StackSocial by another name.

Bottom line - my item was never shipped, and when I contacted them, they said all sales final but as a courtesy, they would give me credit for the item purchase price (so less the shipping). Ummm... nothing was ever even shipped, I want my money back.

Now Im having to go through PayPal to dispute the charges to deal with this, and I had no gift for my husband for our 10th anniversary.

Fraud. Scam.
