I placed an order online and received an email confirmation. After 10 days, I had not received any further emails or my order. I called the customer service number and, after following prompts, listened to ring after ring and never got an answer. I then emailed customer service asking for status on my order. After 2 days, no response. I tried calling the customer service number again, and was directed to leave my number and someone would call me back. They did, and reported that my order was on backorder status and would not be shipped for another month. Since they had already charged my credit card, I requested a refund. We'll see if they do that.
The bottom line is that their communication and customer service are awful. I'll never know about their products.
