I had ordered supplies, Correct address on Pay Pal, correct address on pandahall site. Submitted the order and the address converted to an old address. Minutes after the order was placed tried to contact the help center, made many tickets. No avail, the reply I received was " once an order is placed nothing can be changed. Lost package, Lost money.
