Purchased a custom dress where I was professionally measured for. The dress I received didn't look like the picture the color was not the same, the material was cheap, and could not have been the same company advertised that made it. It was pieced together horrible. Contacted them within the time refused to compensate me I see several poor reviews on their site for the same dress having the same issue so they are completely just taking people hard earned money and don't care. OkBridal SposaBridal Jane Wang are thieves. Be careful when dealing with out of country companies. I didn't know it until afterwards
Tip for consumers:
Do not do custom I just wouldn't order period too many bad reviews and especially when they won't correct the situation that they made wrong
