I've ordered canvases from this website a few years ago and they were nice. So I decided to purchase the framed pictures this time. I ordered them December 31st. Production wasn't complete until January 12th. Shipping was quick once production was done. When they came, there were tiny black spots all over the picture that looked like ink. I had to take out all the pictures and lightly scrape each dot of ink off. Frames are actually plastic and we're covered in dust. The frames also came with no mount on them so I had to go purchase some. 1 of the frames came without a white mat frame for the inside but all the other ones had one. I emailed customer service about it almost a week ago and haven't heard back. This purchase just seemed like a headache.
