We recently acquired two new foster daughters and purchased Beddy covers and accessories for some bunk beds we had to get out of the attic which took us a little over a week to do. Processing a return is VERY problematic, there is no customer service number... only online and then it tells you that your're a couple of days late and "ineligible" to return. I just need to exchange for a size that will fit. Now it seems like I'm getting stuck with a very expensive zipper bag that I cannot use. While I'd like to purchase the right size - I feel it's the principal of the thing - Beddy's should allow exchange for a standard minimum of 30 days (and best practice would be 90 days). I'm not asking for a refund. Just a product I can actually use.

We want our Customers to be happy with their purchase and work hard to communicate to Customers what our return policy is. We have a 14 day, from delivery, return policy that gives our Customers an opportunity to receive their Beddy's and try it out to make sure it is something they will be happy with.
