Spent 32 minutes on the phone attempting to place an order with a fanatics gift card code. Rep I spoke with couldn't get the gift card code entered in the correct area. When he finally did, he couldn't confirm my email or mailing address that the order would be shipped to. Requested to speak to a "supervisor", after waiting on hold for 5 minutes, supposed supervisor couldn't get the order completed b/c their system was slow and apparently crashing. I told the "supervisor" to call me back when their system was operational and I'd consider placing my order again. In the meantime, i am stuck with a gift card that I have zero confidence in the ability to use! Disappointed to see the least!

don't waste your time!
