After using for auto payments for over a year- unable to cancel autopay. I've never used such a terrible website- outdated and locks up. No phone or email for support. When I called the utility company that is using the ancient doxo service they said they can't cancel either and they are unhappy with doxo. Had to call credit card company to block the charges.
