After receiving the product I tried to return it immediately due to it's inferior quality. I soon discovered this product wasn't made in the US as advertised and the responding email was from China. Even though it was shipped from California, the merchant I had to email with was in China.
It took several days and several emails just trying to return the product. They said that I had to ship the product to China! That would cost more than what I paid for the product. When I refused they said they could only refund 20% of what I paid and I could keep their junk. And because my credit card was charged from China my credit card company was reluctant to go after the money I paid without my having to jump through a bunch of hoops attempting to upload documentation & photo's to their site.
It could take 30 days for the company in China to respond and there's no guarantee I'll get my money back.
So now I've wasted my money, my time, my energy and my frustration for a poorly made product, that isn't as advertised either in quality or in country.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Free trial my behind. I signed up for 1 free month. I went from commercial to no commercial plan and was charged. So now I don't get the free month as promised no matter which I picked, simply because I changed plans? I would have gotten a free month either way and after waiting on hold for an hour I still can't speak with the resolution specialist. What a rip off. Sad part is I liked the programming on Hulu, but was shocked at the horrible customer service and sketchy free trials offered.

I ordered what looked like quality product, larger than I would normally (XL), to ensure it would fit. Unfortunately, not only was it sized more as a medium -- wouldn't even go over my chest, but the fabric is thin and see-through -- not appropriate for the office. Two of the blouses came so wrinkled that I don't think the lines will ever come out. When I tried to return the stuff the next day, it wouldn't let me select all the product at once -- it wasn't clear if the full order would go through so I was forced to do a form for each piece purchased (way too much hassle). Then I had to wait to get the return approved! Ridiculous. Then I received an email that I have to return the product to China at my own time and expense as they refuse to provide a return label. Why should I have to pay to return their junk or return it to China, when it was shipped from their warehouse in the US? Actually, why should I have to pay to return junk at all? Save your money this is a scam that sells cheap product and makes it a headache so people are discouraged from going to the trouble, which is probably how they stay in business. BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
The site looks good. Whoever developed the website made the product look like its quality. Don't be fooled -- it's not. If the prints they showed were on quality fabric they would be beautiful, but they're not. And if they knew how to size the clothing, I'm sure they'd sell more merchandise. And if they cared at all about customer satisfaction they'd have a customer service number available and they'd make returns easy...but they don't do any of these things.

I bought 4 blouses, all were too small, fabric too thin - substandard quality

Do not buy from this website unless you want to waste your money on cheap merchandise that is easily two sizes too small even when you buy two sizes larger than your size, comes at least a month later than promised, has missing items that you paid for but will never receive, want to deal with the worst customer service ever, want to pay for return shipping to China and only plan on getting 15% of your money back on returns because they refuse to give full refunds.

I bought a Groupon, for 6 sessions but only got 1. Why? Because Neo Aesthetics cancelled my appointment because they can't maintain staffing, couldn't accommodate my schedule, are rude and unprofessional. I left several messages for the owner and no one has bothered to call me back. On top of everything Groupon refuses to refund my money claiming that the Groupon was "redeemed" even though I paid for 6 sessions and only got 1! Now I'm forced to have my credit card company fight it out with Groupon to get my money back. I say, don't waste your money or time, you end up paying more in the long run.
