I would give zero stars if possible. I sent in my bag thinking I would receive a fair commission for the items that they sold. WRONG! I was luck to get 15% for two item but most of them they gave me way under 10%. Mainly between 3% and 8%. They sold about 10 items for me (total they received was $166.92) and when it was all said and done I got 5 cents. Let me do the math for you. I wanted the items back that they didn't want to keep which cost be $10.99. They sold all but one of my items which gave me a commission of $17.04-10.99 (for the return of the original stuff they didn't want to keep. The one item that they didn't sell could be returned to me but I have to pay to have it returned, $5.99 which now leaves me with 5 cents. Why do I have to pay again to have my items returned when I already paid $10.99. You are better off selling your items on your own or donating them.
