Used this company. Their customer service is terrible. There is no where to call and they respond about two days after for each email. Their website doesn't work properly and when you provide them feedback on broken web links, they redirect you to another sister site. They say it's not their problem that their site isn't working and blame you for your web browser. Every other page on their site give 404 error. We finally able to make a purchase. I figured it would be a replica watch site as I'm fully aware their prices are not for true watches. Even the replica has problems. They don't give you a tracking number or any information on your order. When you email their customer service they say you need to be patient with shipping but again refuse to provide and tracking number or any information on your order. Finally after two weeks we received the watch however The purchase is not as advertised.

(1) the green Rolex box came broken off the hinges And smashed up. The box is useless as it's completely destroyed. You can tell the box was broken from original time and not from shipment.

(2) the diamond on the "six" position is placed slanted. You can tell immediately on the defect.

(3) the glass does not have the Rolex emblem which is standard on all Rolex watches located on the bottom of the glass (over the 6). This is a dead giveaway that the watch is a replica.

(4) the watch is not heavy. Can tell it's a replica the minute you pick it up Very light weight.

(5) the review they post are not real. I attempted to make a review and they will only post review with their approval.
