On July 30th, 2021 I bought 2 flights from Miami to Sao Paulo - Brazil using JustFly. On September 24th, 2021 the airline canceled my flight. I called the airline and Justfly on the same day and they opened a request for a new flight that I was promised that should be responded in 3 business days. Today is the 17th day of December and I am still playing hide-and-seek with both companies. I have called JustFly hundreds of times and they were always telling me I did not have to worry but they never solved my problem. Two days ago I called again and I was told that there was a final notice that the airline would have to reply to the request and I should receive a response on Saturday, so I should not call before that date. Of course I called today and I was told that the flight that we were requesting the change was also another flight that does not exist. Truth is, you call these people and you always talk to someone different that only tells you whatever so you hang up and have the feeling that someone is trying to help you. I already know nobody is doing anything because I called Gol Airlines and they said there is a line specific for communication between travel agencies and the airline and JustFly should call them on that number to get the assistance on changing my tickets but they just don't call.
I paid for my tickets and I ended up with canceled tickets, a request for a flight that does not exist and now they have opened a request for another flight that I don't even have any hope they will ever respond. Because of course, even though I have less than a week for "my flight" (because I don't have any) they are still telling me I need to WAIT.
