There was an item missing in my order. When I contacted them by email they said they wanted to see a photo of all the products that I got and of the shipping box. Well I gave my friend half of the products as a present straight away after picking them up from post office as the order was already 2 months late. In the evening when I noticed that there was an item missing my friend had thrown away the shipping box already. I tried to explain the situation to them but they wrote to me the same email again and again as it would be an automatic answer, that without the photo of the shipping box they were not able to return the money of the missing product. I proved them receipt of customs fee I had also pay of each product as well as receipt of the order and information of my bank card. But those were not enough. I lost just about 12 euros so its not about money, its about definition why ill never order anything from them anymore. The customer service was horrible and they didnt want to admit that they made a mistake.
